This gentle, grounding approach supports children’s wellbeing, emotional development, and body awareness through yoga and embodied mindfulness.

Designed especially for the early years, these sessions support children to:
- Feel safe, confident, and comfortable in their bodies
- Begin to connect with their breath in a gentle, age-appropriate way
- Develop emotional awareness and resilience
- Enjoy movement, imagination, and play
Weekly sessions include:
- Yoga-inspired movement to support balance, coordination, and physical development
- Mindful breathing and body awareness to encourage self-regulation
- Playful, sensory experiences that promote calm and connection
- Moments of rest and stillness, giving children permission to slow down
