Yoga & Mindfulness at Our Nursery 🌿

This gentle, grounding approach supports children’s wellbeing, emotional development, and body awareness through yoga and embodied mindfulness.

Designed especially for the early years, these sessions support children to:

  • Feel safe, confident, and comfortable in their bodies
  • Begin to connect with their breath in a gentle, age-appropriate way

Weekly sessions include:

  • Yoga-inspired movement to support balance, coordination, and physical development
  • Mindful breathing and body awareness to encourage self-regulation
  • Playful, sensory experiences that promote calm and connection
  • Moments of rest and stillness, giving children permission to slow down
